  We have been having issues with our well and thought we needed to have the pump raised - Murphy well came out and shared we needed a special filter for the iron oxide. We didn’t need any well work- they explained everything and were so helpful. Rather than charging me for a service I didn’t need, they instructed me on how to remedy the issue. I appreciate their honesty, integrity AND knowledge.

Today, Chris and Gary again provided the responsive, professional, friendly service we have come to expect when we call this company.   I just recently moved to North Forsyth and am a young new homeowner. This weekend our well unexpectedly stopped working. I reached out to Murphy’s on a Saturday (holiday weekend) and they were quick to respond and get us on the schedule ASAP. First thing Monday morning they came out and were able to access the problem within minutes. I do not know the first thing about wells and they took the time to truly lay out my problem and all my options. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was making a informed decision on what needed to happen next. They completely redid my well, new pump/pipes, within the hour. They even took the time to help me find the correct filters needed for our system and walked me through common practices I should take to maintain the well. As a new homeowner I cannot thank this company enough. If you want to feel like your best interest is being looked out for this is the company to use. We will be using them for years to come!
