  We had a pipe burst with the freeze. Had to wait over a week for an appointment. We were told we would receive an hour heads-up before the plumber arrived. Appointment scheduled for Monday between 1pm & 6pm. Drove 2 hours to the home to wait for the plumber. Waited until after 5pm & no call, no plumber. Called & a live rep took a message & said we would receive a call right back. 30 minutes went by, it was now after 5:30. Called again & yet another live rep said we would get a call right back. No call, no plumber and it is now 7:40pm and my husband has a 2 hour drive back to where he has plumbing. Not very professional service.

  Could not have had a worse experience! WAITED 10 HOURS! Was given an 8:30am-1pm window for a quote. At 12:30 called to ensure he was coming. Dispatch said he is backed up but “you are on the schedule for today.” No additional information. No updates and at 5:30, their office closed. No call. No update. No quote. One question for you to answer before you use their services: If they do this for a quote, how do you think they will treat you once they have you on the hook for the project?

  Wonderful service! Curtious response from Trisha on the initial call. She explained the process of the guys coming out to see what needed to be done. Within two hours Logan called to get directions (we are in a rural area). He and Hunter arrived within 30 minutes. Really nice guys!! They checked out the drain, located the clogg and removed it. Everything is working great. No mess no fuss! We are VERY pleased with this service and price and highly recommend this Mullin plumbing service from Westville Oklahoma!
