  Rude people and you can't get your bill I'm having to pay double my bill every month every other month because they keep locking it this time I was a day late when I talked to them all they did was run of at the mouth and get smart so this time they got it. Wish there was another water company...

  A whole lot of nothing

  This place is horrible. I don't know how many times I've requested my bill to be sent in the mail. And it just never happens. Also they don't accept any form of credit or debit card pretty much cash only. And they also aren't all that friendly. When I call to check and see how much my bill is (which I would know if they'd send me a bill!) I get short choppy replies and not even a goodbye. They just hang up. It goes to show that a business will not meet customers needs if they simply don't have to. I wish I had a choice in companies, but do not.

  Can't pay online or over the phone. Service goes out at times. Need another option for service in this area. They have a monopoly on water of all things. Need a better or at least another option.
