  I called a month ago to schedule an estimate visit for a new heater, a few repairs to various equipment and opening/closing. The girl at the phone was very nice and I was told Tyler will call me back the same afternoon. He didn't. I called the week after to inquire and this time I was told Josh will call me to schedule a visit. He never did. I understand they might be busy and all, but this is unprofessional. Just tell the prospective customer you are not taking new calls instead of keeping them waiting and wasting their time.

  Tp, I’m very sorry this was overlooked. Due to short staffing I’ve had my service manager full time in the field so we can stay on schedule with our pool closings.   Can I rate below zero? Horrible! A simple above ground pool closing turned into a fiasco! Quote by Tyler said it included a cover with and included weighted water bags for $236. They canceled same day of appt and said they'll be there in 4 days. He then showed up with NO TARP! He said it's the owners responsibilty to provide the cover! This guy had the nerve to say it'll cost another $100 for a tarp even though the estimate said they provide it! He came back and put a slipshot cover with no water bags and the cover began flopping and flapping all over the place. He spent 20mins of labor. They charged us over $300! He had the gall to charged us twice for the cheap tarp that will be shredded by the wind! He has now threatened to come back and remove his cheap cover unless we stop a credit dispute! I hope he does! Stay away from these scammers!

  Really Dana, we are a very reputable company and the last thing we do is go around scamming customers out of $80 pool covers. Everything was explained in full to Nikki Coffelt when the closing was scheduled and again at the time of the closing prior to completing the job since it was questioned both times. There is a charge to close the pool and a charge to install the cover. You did not have a cover for the pool and wanted us to provide one for free. We gave you the opportunity to stop work and we would not charge you anything even though we had started the closing. You agreed to purchasing the new cover and having us finish the closing and now your trying to stop payment on the closing? The only scammers in this situation are the one trying to get their pool closed for free.
