We used MSI to remodel our 1st floor bathroom (remove old fixtures and old tile floor & install all new fixtures and tile floor) and had a great experience. Every member of the team was courteous and professional. We cannot say enough good things about the team at MSI. Additionally, we would like to specifically mention Adam, who was the main person working on our project. It is clear that Adam takes extreme pride in his work and it shows in the results. We highly recommend Brad and Adam for remodeling projects.

I was impressed from the moment the plumber (Roy) arrived exactly at the start of the time window given. He thoroughly assessed my house's slow drainage issues and performed a thorough unclogging. He then explained MSI's maintenance program which is a really good deal and, making it even better, applied the discount to that first service. It is refreshing to have punctuality, know-how, neatness, and fair pricing all in one service call/technician, and I am happy to have found MSI!

The pantry door, in the kitchen, needed to be replaced. Jason arrived on time and did a flawless job. The new door is perfect! Thank you for your expertise and efficiency. I highly recommend MSI Plumbing, Heating & AC Remodeling.
