  If I can give a NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD. Their plumber, Jamil, will mess up your faucet and file a claim against the warranty service company that a part was missing when he was the one who took it out to begin with, only to tell you that it’s is not covered so he can charge more. This is my opinion and I have nothing against consumers who have them positive reviews, just different service quality. I am very disappointed since MSE used to have a plumber who was very skilled and knowledgeable.

  MSE Plumbing/Mason was assigned to diagnose/fix our water heater on 09.16.19 through AHS home warranty company. Mason not only made us wait for 11 days to attempt to replace the pilot assembly kit, he was so proficient he did not replace a thing. He claimed that the non-functioning parts disappeared from his truck. Once the pilot light did not stay lit - since again he did not replace anything - he recommeded the gas valve to be faulty, but said there is a good chance I will need to replace the whole water heater and he will let me know about the associated cost since AHS does not cover the whole process, which should be around $500. Imagine my surprise when I was greeted with a $1742 estimate in addition to the price of a new water heater and the installation. The above estimate was to bring everything upto code, permit, earth straps, etc, etc. Requested a second opinion (The follow-up plumbing company confirmed however that what I still have in the water heater are the old parts and Mason did not perform the necessary repair.) Stay away from MSE Plumbing/Mason and the staff he works with. Extremely unprofessional and shady to say the least. If there were be ZERO starz, Mason would have earned a big zero from me, to reflect exactly what he did including his and the staff's attention to detail and fraud.

  Worst plumber and service in the whole wide world. Mason is LAZY and don't know what he's doing. No respect by not removing his work shoes going in and out the house. He will tell you that the leak is gone, good to go but check it, still leaking. He need more schooling and experience. So never go with this company and tell your home insurance never refer you to MSE PLUMING. They will keep rescheduling the work which I believe is very easy to them to fix and that will ruin your day of service.
