  I called Mr Waterheater for a replacement tank on a Saturday. When I gave them the model and serial number of my tank, I was told it was under warranty and I should contact the manufacturer which I did and sure enough a replacement tank was covered. However, I did have to use a plumber that handled this brand so I did not use Mr Waterheater's services. I highly recommend Mr Waterheater due to their honesty and integrity. They could have easily sold me a new tank and received the installation service fee but they were honest and I saved over $500! Thank you Mr Waterheater!

  Called Mr. Water Heater at 1pm, had two guys at my door at 2pm to replace my water heater. They were in & out within an hour or so, and explained everything they had to do in order to bring everything up to code before charging me. 100% recommend.

  Super fast, best price available. I called at 2 pm and they had a new tank in at 11 am the next day, and my replacement was not an emergency. Complete professionals. If you’re going to call yourself Mr. Something you had better be pretty darn good at that Something, and these gents lived up to the name.
