I contacted Mr. Rooter to inspect my water heater about mid-day. By 3:00 they sent Wyatt and Bryon to evaluate the (ancient) water heater and I decided a replacement was necessary. They were extremely polite and professional during the entire interaction. They took time to explain every part of the heater and answer all of my questions. For such a large purchase, I felt reassured by Wyatt and Bryon’s clear expertise. They installed and checked the water heater in under 3 hours, working well past sun down to ensure it was good to go for me and my family. We really appreciate their patience and diligence!

We can't say enough good things about the service techs Brent and his partner.  They arrived on time and left the job cleaner then when they arrived.  They took their time to go over other work we are thinking of having done.  They both were very professional and courteous.   Completed our job as if it was in their own home!!  The whole company from start to finish was top notch!!  Customer service excellent as well!!

My mom found this plumbing company to do her kitchen plumbing  repairs 5 years ago and pulled out their card again recently when the sprayer vs. stream selector broke.  I was skeptical and ready to do it myself but b/c she scheduled the appt. for the next day, we decided to let them come and hear their estimate and service guarantee.  Well, that was that the best choice ever as we had the most courteous, and professional plumber ever... not only was the price reasonable, but he just touched up every step of the install with a "polish" every household consumer could want.  Ask for Leslie Vinson to get things done fast and right!

Working with Mr. Rooter has been nothing but an awesome experience. 12/23 at 11pm we had a toilet start overflowing, pouring sewer water all over our kitchen! Their 24 hour hotline got a plumber out to us within about an hour of the call, and they diagnosed the issue as a broken sewer pipe between the house and septic, and provided me a quote for repair. I had an additional hurdle of dealing with my home warranty company, but as soon as I called to schedule the repair, they were on it. Their plumbers are professional, smart, and worked efficiently.

Shout out to Tony for going the extra mile to double check with a friend who works on septic tanks to ensure everything looked like it was in good working order on that end as well!

Thank you to Maurice for navigating the tight crawl space to make sure there wasn't any issues with the sewer line under the house.

Overall a 10/10 job and I will be working with them in the future for sure.

Mr Rooter’s responsiveness, professionalism, honesty, and perseverance saved our community thousands of dollars during a recent plumbing emergency with the main water line into one of our buildings. The service member arrived when stated he would and listen to my questions intently. He offered options, not leading me one way or another. I was scheduled for an installation appointment during this time. On the installation date he arrived on time and worked efficiently until the installation was completed. The water heater area was left in great order. I have hot water without any more concerns about a possible old  leaking water heater completely breaking and flooding the area.

Maurice was excellent and professional. He respected what I needed done, kept me informed throughout process and wasn’t there to sell me things I didn’t need done. Annual Descaling of tankless H2O heater.   Under an hour.   Very pleased with result.  Also inspected two toilets.  One with a loose bracket on the water pipe which rattles when turned off by. Toilet.
Other ghost flushes and is slowly loosing water into the bowl.   Already replaced tank parts. I am  unsure how to cure water loss.
Confirmed our 3 yr membership runs out in Jan 2023.  Made note on electronic calendar to renew for $59 in Dec.   We like your service.  Especially Tony and Jonathan.    All employees who have come are very kind and focused as professionals.

We recently moved into a new home and found water leaking through our basement ceiling. We called and they were there within a few hours. Daniel was informative, found the problem, and we have scheduled repairs (as well as some other plumbing issues we identified) for tomorrow. Obviously a stressful situation in a new town. We were VERY happy with the level of service and professionalism.
