  Professional in every aspect of the word. They came to clear a clog in sewer line. Took care to wear shoe covers as we have new carpet in our basement. Tech tried several times with. Various size augers while showing us the scope view in real time. They had to come back with a more powerful tool to finish the job, we're here on time and finished quickly. The original cost was cut in half, and, as was discussed the bigger tool was more costly but, was as quoted with no surprise fees. Would highly recommend them based on this one time situation. Great first impression!!!!

  We have had an issue with the sewer backing up in our basement since we bought our house, 7 months ago. We've had other companies look at it but none could tell us what the issue was. We had used Mr. Rooter once before, at a previous location, and were very happy with their service. We called them again and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The technician was very helpful and ran his camera through the line. He showed me the video and explained the options for cleaning the line. We chose one of the options and two more guys showed up with the machine needed for the cleaning - one was the owner of the company! During the cleaning, they discovered the sewer line where it exits the house was damaged to the point that they recommended replacing it. He took the time to explain to me, as well as my husband and father-in-law over the phone. Not once did I feel pressured or like they were talking down to us. They just laid out the facts and took the time to answer all of our questions. We decided to replace the pipe and they had it done quickly. They were even careful not to destroy my rose bush - digging by hand around it so it wasn't damaged! We were very impressed with their professionalism and how hard they worked. Thank you Mr. Rooter!

  Easy to schedule. Service personnel was early and I received a courtesy call. My only dislike is that Mr. Rooter would not provide and details for fees other than the diagnostic fee. I would have preferred to call a few places and decide who to hire based on availability and price range.
