  Tyler did an outstanding job. I was in the middle of cabinet replacement and needed some plumbing rerouted. I called about 10 AM and he was here by about 12. The company was very responsive. Same day plumbing calls are very hard to come by. Thank you for your timely and professional service.

  This review is long overdue, but I still wanted to thank Bill, Jeremy, and Chaston for all their hard work. We're renovating an older house and couldn't seem to find where the septic tank was and these guys did! It wasn't easy but they were so amazing, professional, and just went out of their way... Highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Waco. Thanks guys!!

  Received great service from Bill and his partner! They arrived in a timely manner, made an assessment of my smelly hot water and recommended a new water heater. The old, filled with sediment water heater was removed and A new water heater was delivered all within a hour or so. Not only was everything completed expeditiously, but the team was extremely professional and courteous from beginning to end!!
