Top notch technicians. Ben was communicative prior to arriving and a pleasure to work. He was thorough and friendly, took time to explain everything and answer all of my many questions. Tyler was great too and when the job required more equipment, Jay came to help. All three seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution and explained, step-by-step, what was being done. We need more work done than we can take care of right now and because of how impressive the staff has been, we’ll be coming back to Mr Rooter!

On 2/15/22 we found that our water heater had sadly expired and we had to say goodbye. We called Mr Rooter and they sent a service tech over in a timely manner. James arrived & assessed our situation quickly. He was great speaking with my 96 yr old Grandmother. We agreed on a plan and the next morning the two servicemen (Gabe & Steve) arrived to install our new water heater & on a moments notice also replaced a bathroom faucet. These two guys were absolutely awesome. They were so professional yet talked in a way that made Grandmother again feel confident and safe in what was being done & why. She's been taken advantage of by several different businesses. She is leary & skeptical of everyone. The whole experience could not have gone any better. They made bad situation so much easier to handle. That kind of peace of mind for her is SO appreciated & important to us. I am so glad we called Mr Rooter. They ARE our go to place from now on. A+ Highly recommend.

I had a clogged toilet that I'd tried everything to repair. It was a Saturday and I called Mr Rooter. They sent someone within 2 hours. The technician was Frank B. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and after doing some troubleshooting was able to fix my toilet. He was terrific! They were very reasonable and I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.
