Wow I was and am impressed with the service I received from Jeff, Billy and Dan. They respected my home and honored the Covid policies. My shower repair was quite a challenge but they never gave up!! Jeff ensured that the problem was rectified and when he thought he was stumped Dan showed up as reenforcement!!! Billy was the clean up crew and repaired all walls and left it looking like the walls were never opened up!!! I absolutely loved the services I received. Thanks guys.

The plumber,Joseph, was on time, personable, and very efficient. He did a wonderful job and cleaned everything so that it looks even better than before. Would highly recommend.

A little background - I manage a restaurant and typically work 10+ hour days. My usual start time at the restaurant is around 2pm and ends after midnight. Getting to the restaurant 5 hours earlier (@ 9am) is a monumental task for me, especially after having worked 10 days straight. I had schedule an appointment to get a quote for hydrojetting at 9am. On the morning of the appt., I received an automated txt saying the tech was on his way. An hour later, I received a txt from the tech stating he was running late but should be there shortly. Shortly was 2 hours later. When he finally got there and gave me a quote, I agreed to the service and scheduled for the next morning at 9am. On that morning, I received another automated txt stating tech was on his way. The tech arrived at 930, not to complete the service, but to tell me that they wouldn't be able to start the service until 1pm that day. The reason was because they were finishing a job from the previous day. This was not feasible as our staff would be in the restaurant prepping before then. Knowing that they had to go back to finish a job, they should have notified me that they would not be able to make the scheduled appt., but they failed to do that. After speaking with a manager who offered no help and barely an apology, I cancelled the service. I contacted another company who gave me a quote over the phone and came out the next day, on time, to complete the service.
