  Servicemen were professional, open and communicative, efficient, and responsible about cleaning up when the job was done. I am very happy with the service and have already recommended them to a family member.

  Called to have them come out for a camera and declogging and the day they were scheduled to come out they called and cancelled and asked to schedule me out a whole week. I declined and said I'd just get another company and the woman changed the "only availability" to a much closer date. I agreed and the day before the rescheduled appointment was due to take place they called and cancelled AGAIN. She tried to put me back on the original week later date from the 1st time and I again, declined and said I'd call someone else. Again, she all of a sudden found a closer date than the week later date. I was hesitant that the appt. would be kept since she I'd already been cancelled and rescheduled twice, so I checked with another company who came right out. If they REALLY couldn't get to me to a week later, I'd have appreciated the honesty to get someone right out, rather than waiting almost a week for them. Also, if they did have sooner dates available, why schedule me SOOOO much further out and that is the only date available, but then find a sooner date? Not a great experience and I won't call this company again.

We did have to reschedule Ms. McIntosh because there were people without water to their homes due to the freeze damage from the severe weather that we had. Ms. McIntosh, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with our company because of the unforeseen natural events that occurred.
