  Irvin is the nicest n most polite guy I've ever met!.. he came out jus a few hours ago n help with our clogged main pipe.. fast n great service!..a bit pricey, but it's hard n not a clean labor.. u gotta get it done so don't matter..thanks again Irvin!!

  My faucet broke Friday and Rooter said they can send someone in 3 days, Tuesday. I told them is was an emergency because the water was gushing out of the bathroom wall and I had to shut off my water.

  Ozzy was awesome. Sprang a leak late on Valentine's day and Ozzy showed up within about 2 hours, and had it fixed shortly after. Pricing was very fair for what I would consider an emergency call on holiday/Sunday evening. Ozzy was very friendly and thorough and gave me some tips for other diy projects. Thanks Mr. Rooter. Follow up 1.1.22 I apparently have bad luck on holidays, this time new years day...sprang a leak new year morning so called Mr rooter and sadly they have closed the 33549 location in lutz so they don't serve me anymore,... disappointing, on to the next.
