Mr. Marvin is great!!! Had some trouble with an overflowing toilet and called Mr. Rooter out. Mr. Marvin joked with me as he pulled out a dinosaur toy that was causing my trouble. He gave quick, effective service and was very friendly. Definitely call Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs.

They were very helpful and understanding. The tub that I bought had a crack in it instead of saying "you need to go buy another one and we will come back." They went out of their way to exchange it for a new one. They answered all the questions I had to help me understand what was going on. I will use them again in the future.

Marvin was dispatched out to our home. We received an email and text alert with his face (which displayed the friendliest smile) and then a phone call to confirm. They were in and out within minutes and our hot water was restored! They were very professional and had wonderful attitudes! Great customer service is pretty rare these days and everyone that contacted me was polite and friendly. It is greatly appreciated!
