  The handle on my toilet broke, so I called Mr Rooter. James was at my house within an hour! I've used them for many years now and have had the best service. Every technician has always been professional, friendly and kind. I highly recommend them!

  A repair man came out a couple weeks ago supposedly removed my toilet to put a new flange and new anchor bolts which he did those two items but in the process apparently caused the tank to leak so a man came out today the minute he walked into the house he had an attitude, because i was sure the previous guy (mind you no longer works for the company) did not remove the toilet. Well i didnt want to argue with him as he was sure even though he wasnt here the first time that the other guy removed the toilet. I said ok whatever just please fix the leak. He flat yells at me that i need to find someone else as her was not going to fix it and stormed out of my house. Very unprofessional. We have used Mr. Rooter several times in the past. Well we will not be using them again. Apparently through these times they are not providing quality people to represent them. I just never had any company employee treat me with such disrespect.. UPDATE: I was telling my daughter about this and she said well do you need a maintenance man I said yeah you know one she said yeah I'll have my maintenance man get in touch with you. He came out a few days later went in there and looked at the toilet and the rubber and the bolts that hook the tank to the bowl were all rotten and rusted. Now if Mr rooter had a reputable plumber he would have noticed that on the first visit don't most check everything out. He ran down to our local Ace picked up the parts came back replace them, and no more leak. Was polite informative and left me with the evidence. So if you wasn't such a busy man, because my daughter keeps him pretty busy I would definitely let you know who he was but I don't want to overload him. He's mine to keep LOL y'all have a nice day and I hope this all helps

  Unfortunately you are the tenant NOT the homeowner. We only deal with the homeowner. We did call your landlord and he is aware of all of these issues.
