  Great Customer Service from the initial phone call. They were quick in getting Someone to come out within the same week. Very professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. Always on time and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. BIG KUDOS to Keenon was our main service provider. He arrived as scheduled each day, he is definitely a Jack of all trades when it comes to the concrete demolition, plumbing/pipe repair, he never left us without running water especially at the end of the day before he left each day. Not one complaint at all. Thank You The Worthy Family

  Tommy the tech is an expert, very professional and he went over and above to find a solution to a special circumstance we had. Johnathan at the office made everything easy and found solutions quickly as well. They want to earn your business. I felt they truly care about their customer service and helping clients. Their pricing is competitive and a bit lower than some of the bids I got. This is the only plumbing vendor I will use and recommend in the future. Just awesome I couldn’t be happier. You need a plumber? Call them.

  Really great experience with Mr. Rooter. Their staff took the time to help us understand the issue, and what they were going to do to fix it. It felt like we were being brought along in the process and they didn’t treat us like dummies. They sincerely wanted to make sure we understood what was happening and why. This was the best part of the service. We felt very taken care of. That’s rare.
