  I am a Realtor. Mr Rooter has been handling my point of sale sewer lateral inspections for years. My sellers and I are very pleased with their professionalism , problem solving, attention to detail, pricing , and efficiency in getting the job done correctly and quickly. This year I personally used Mr Rooter at my home twice . The 1st job was to repair our sewer lateral. They were knowledgeable when researching and sourcing our issues. They kept us well informed every step of the way. Being I work from home, I was happy to see how conscientious they are while working. Our job site remained clean and orderly. This allowed me to work efficiently and without interruptions. My second plumbing ordeal involved finding our main water line gushing at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Our water line was buried under our concrete driveway. Once again through investigation they sourced the problem. They were able to remove a small area of concrete to make the repair. Their communication was impeccable, our water was fully restored and our job site remained neat and orderly Mr Rooter’s business acumen kept us stress free from what could have easily raised our blood pressure. We know we are in excellent hands Thank you Mr Rooter for always being there for us and our clients

  Sage came out to our property, on a Saturday, just an hour after I called, to address a badly clogged toilet at our vacation rental! He was ahead of schedule, diagnosed the issue quickly, tried to resolve it in the most cost effective way (and did) and was so polite. He never tried to up-sell me, was a joy to communicate with & left his work area spotless.   MR ROOTER of SANTA CRUZ has been our our “Go To” plumbing service for some time now. Let’s be honest folks, when the issue gets to big for you to handle on your own and you have to make that call (I know, it’s usually after hours, a weekend or a holiday…$$$) and you know it’s time to start dialing the phone to find the FIRST available plumber to get out to your address, it’s not as easy as it’s advertised! 24-hour Emergency Service, doesn’t always mean…24-hour availability. When your standing knee deep in water, or your toilets are backing up into your showers or tubs, or your water heater is hemorrhaging water from every seal flooding the space it resides in…you don’t need someone a week from now when you call. You need them NOW! I found MR ROOTER of SANTA CRUZ to be that option and my preferred choice for all my plumbing services. If your looking for the personal attention a small business provides, you’ll find it here! The 24-Hour dispatch phones are answered immediately by friendly, professional personnel. They listen to your concerns with empathy and schedule you with a tech within hours (sooner if available) or first thing in the morning if your situation can wait. Prior to your appointment, they call or text you to advise your tech is on the way! (They even send a photo of them) They arrive ON TIME! EVERY TIME! They are COVID prepared and promptly introduce themselves with a warm friendly smile. Once they assess the problem, a quote for the work to be performed is worked up and then reviewed and explained in detail with you before proceeding. If there are any “surprises” during the course of the work being performed, the tech immediately stops and brings the concerns to you for approval and signature prior to continuing the work. Once work is completed, the site is cleaned up, any old appliances and/or other scrap material is properly disposed of and removed from your property. Before accepting payment, the tech reviews all the work completed, reviews any warranties on equipment purchased, explains that the work has been performed to building code regulations and explains all the line item changes for additional costs/materials, making sure everything meets your satisfaction. Photos are taken of the job before and after the work begins and are available on their website for customers to access as are all other documents related to the service.
