I called around 5pm on a weekday with a main sewer line stoppage and told them I had an emergency stoppage and that raw sewage was backing up in the rental unit and was told a plumber would arrive within 90 minutes. 3.5 hours later I received no phone call, and raw sewage ended up coming up in the bathtub, and toilet ended up overflowing snd and coating the apartment, ruining the flooring and coating the subfloor in feces laden water and urine. When I called back to check the status I then was told by “Jill” he was “only a mile away” and told I would get a call back with an ETA and none came. I ended up calling them to cancel and waited it out for a plumber in the am. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I would suggest NOBODY use this company if you are looking for an emergency. They are ill equipped, non responsive, non truth telling. Save your time, skip this company. Don’t even bother calling.

Drains in kitchen and bathroom clogged on Saturday - Drano did not help - called Mr Rooter and they showed up Sunday. A little late but that's cause they were helping some other people. Not cheap because it was Sunday. But worked was professional (wore a mask for covid the whole time), cleaned out and tested everything, ... I do hope to NEVER use them again, but it's an old house.

I was so impressed by my experience with my Mr. Rooter plumber Michael Grey. He was committed to getting the job done right, staying late and returning early the next day after unforeseen problems came up. Because of his professionalism, integrity, and competence I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody in need of big or small plumbing issues. The pricing with Mr. Rooter is fair and you know up front how much something will cost. Such a rare experience in dealing with contractors! Thank you!
