I like that this company sends you a picture & the name of the Tech that will be coming to your home so you will know who to expect. We had a continuous  running bathtub spout that could not be turned off. Storm ( The Tech) looked everything over and explained everything that needed to be done, Gave an immediate estimate for everything that was required and upon my approval began to repair the problem. Storm was very courteous & professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing / sewer needs!!!!

After a 12 day fiasco with another company, Mr. Rooter had a new tankless water heater installed within 24 hours of our calling them and the price was better than we had been quoted from the other company. From the office staff to the plumbers who completed the project,  they couldn't have been more helpful and professional.

Andrew gave excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to walk us through what was wrong with everything. He talked us through different prices and options for repair. Andrew was friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for future repairs….and requesting Andrew specifically. He was fantastic!

I called Mr Rooter for maintenance on my thankless water heater at about noon  time service man responded ln about 35 min.clean and serviced  unit job was completed in 1 hrs. I have always received excellent service from Mr. Rooter Plumbing Company. Today was no exception. Andre was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He had the repair finished in no time!

Hal and Jose were quick to respond to our call and completed the switch out of old for new garbage disposal expertly and timely. They double checked the operation of disposal and cleaned up all residue when finished.

They came out December 10 and gave me a 60 warranty. Since they don’t come out on the weekends then they shouldn’t count as days. My sink is still clogging up and they won’t honor the terms.

From the time I contacted Mr. Rooter for help with a clogged drain (non emergency) until problem was resolved I was kept in the loop.  I never got the feeling my workorder had fallen through the cracks and i would never see a response.   (I find that a lot in NC and I am not impressed.)  In fact, if I had one complaint, it would be that I got too many contact calls, messages and texts.

The service representative, Connor,  was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable.   No matter how many trips to the truck, he automatically removed his shoes each time before coming in the house.   Brought his own towels and rags and cleaned up after himself.

Before he left, Connor asked if there was any other plumbing problem he could look at. To make a long story short, I did.  He did.  He offered to fix it. However, based on his advice, I decided to wait and then replace the whole unit.

Will I call Mr Rooter again?  Absolutely.

Excellent service as always- came the same day I called - it was already dark out but they kept working using flashlights until the job was complete.  Highly recommend!

I had an improperly installed pipe go out on my water heater shutting our water off for the whole house on memorial day weekend. Mr. Rooter was able to have someone out, about an hour or so after I called, who completed the job shortly after. Instead of waiting until after the weekend and being without water until then, we were able to get everything handled a few hours after reaching out to them. Great, quality service.
