  Our sump pump stopped working on a weekend. We called Mr. Rooter. The office staff was friendly and send Jaime to check out our problem. He arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate of what our expense would be. We gave him the okay and he installed our new sump pump and check valve. Great comfort with a rainy weekend in the forecast. Professional and pleasant.

  Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve while in the process of cooking for Christmas dinner. My husband worked steadily for 6 hours trying to clear the drain. I finally called Mr Rooter, and was pleasantly surprised that they had someone who could come help. He was there within 45 minutes and worked diligently until our drain was cleared. He interrupted his own family time on Christmas Eve and never made us feel like we were interrupting his personal time. Jaime was awesome! Would. It hesitate to use Mr Rooter again. Thank you!!

  I’ve had Mr. Rooter here three different times, for three different plumbing issues. Each time, they have done top quality work. From the person who answers the appointments phone, to the techs themselves, these people are courteous, professional, very capable—AND, their prices are MORE than reasonable! My latest service tech was “Ron.” He was just great! I call Mr. Rooter before I call ANY other plumbing company.
