  Simply put, Mr. Rooter of Newark is outstanding! They are by far the best of the best of any plumbing company that we have ever employed! A couple of years ago, they cleaned out one of our sewage drain lines and fixed our kitchen sink that was constantly backing up. This winter, Daryl and his crew brought out a backhoe and removed a massive, tree root-ball that had crushed the old, terra-cotta, sewage line. and replaced it with a new PVC pipe. Their plumbers and the office staff have always been quite professional, friendly, highly competent, offering you options, and are very good listeners. In addition, they will text you with appointment reminders, and notify you when they are en route.

  Where do I start!!! The exceptional Plumber that visited our home, Will (Mr. Rooter Newark) was outstanding. He arrived early, he was sensitive to our home environment given Covid19, he educated me on the service plans offered, he assessed the situation thoroughly while educating me every step of the way, he went over estimate in detail which made me feel comfortable about the customer friendly cost, after he completed his worked he cleaned up the area and let it spotless. Also, Will shared with non-corrosive natural alternatives for unclogging PVC pipes that will preserve the integrity of our pipes. Will was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his profession and more importantly he was empathetic and kind. I hope you are lucky enough to get Will when you call Mr. Rooter👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😀😀😀

  We used Mr Rooter to rough in a new full bathroom in a 100 year old house. They were outstanding. They were cost effective, professional, extremely responsive, friendly, respectful, and did an excellent job on time and on budget.
