My technician, Dan Helms, Jr, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made sure to let me know the prices off all expenses as they came up so I would not be surprised by the bill at the end. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction and the clean up was impeccable. Kitchen sink works great!

We had Mr. Rooter install a dishwasher, move an under-the-sink water filtration system, and connect an on-demand water heater. They were polite, knew what they were doing, and wore masks the entire time. The only complaint I had was they forgot to turn the hot water and the water to the filtration system back on. Easy fix but I shouldn't have had to crawl under the sink after paying over $800. I would hire them again, however.
