It was great to meet the nice plumber they sent. He was informative and courteous. He went over all my options and gave a free rough quote for my problem. I'm still deciding what path to take with my plumbing issues but I will definitely use Mr Rooter for the job.

When I called the 24 hour service line, I actually spoke with someone. They inquired about my issue, agreed I needed someone professional to look at the problem, which was the main sewer line clogged. I had someone at my door within 1-hour. The plumbing professional (Matt) was so caring, understanding, and told me step by step what he was going to do to solve the issue. Was upfront about the cost also. I will most definitely call them again. The service exceeded my expectations. Thank you Mr. Rooter!!!!

Matt did a great job! He was quick and went above and beyond to locate issue, resolve and kept things very clean. If everyone there is as professional as he is, I would hire them again without concern. He added great notes on invoice to help monitor any concerns going forward.
