  I called and asked for a specific service. They charged me an $80 fee to come out only to tell me they could not provide that service. I called to request my money back and they said they would not refund because I did not provide them with enough information. Totally false! I gave them all necessary info. Dispatchers don’t know anything about plumbing. Waste of time and money!!! I’ll stick with the non-corporate guys that actually know their stuff

  Was pleasantly surprised that there are master plumbers who who are good listeners, and quietly go about helping you . I think Leo can thoughtfully handle any plumbing challenge you throw at him. If there is such as thing as plumbing aptitude, he’s right up there with the best of them.

  Mr Rooter was so helpful. Amazing service. They called before arriving and from the beginning they were super professional. They explained to us the issues and gave us a great solutions to our problems. We will definitely contact them next time we need a plumber. We highly recommend this company. Super fast and reliable service. Very happy :=)
