  We had a plumbing emergency in our home on Saturday. Since I remembered seeing a Mr. Rooter truck in our neighborhood once, I found the Mr. Rooter of Memphis website, which advertises 24/7 emergency plumbing service. I used their online chat with Danielle since it was about 6 p.m. on a Saturday. I gave detailed information about our plumbing emergency, provided all of my contact information as requested; phone number, email, and home address, and I was told a customer service representative would contact me within 15 minutes to schedule something. After waiting 30 minutes, I returned to the website, entered the chat line again, and explained to Danielle that no one from Mr. Rooter Memphis had reached out to us yet. She asked for my contact information again, and I also included my husband's phone number and email.. Danielle apologized for the delay and told me she would pass this on to the customer service rep, and again, that person will contact me within 15 minutes. That was two days ago, on Saturday, roughly 6 p.m. when I initiated my contact with Mr. Rooter of Memphis.. We have still not heard from the customer service rep with Mr. Rooter of Memphis. Not a phone call, not a text, not an email - not even to just say NO, we can't help you! Nothing. So disappointing, and it is just too bad. There must be a major disconnect between the site and the Mr. Rooter location because I see many good reviews! I did not call their office today because my husband was able to locate another plumber through a friend.

  I called on Mr.Rooter to repair or replace my sewer line and install a clean out. The estimate was $5,458.00 plus they charged me $114 for what they call membership. I called another local Plumbing Co and they charged me $1,000. I have now found a Good and reliable Plumbing Co.

  We had some major plumbing issues and Mr. Rooter was amazing. Their manager Chris Terrazas has the most amazing work ethic of anyone I can imagine. He and his team were kind and trustworthy, professional and honestly really fun to be around. The plumbing issues we had were so severe that nearly 1/2 of our house needed to be re-plumbed, and we needed to replace two water heaters. They worked so quickly... we thought we'd be out of our house for weeks, but instead it was just a couple of days. Chris even helped me navigate how to get the gas company to come out and upgrade our meter so we would have upgraded (better) flow for efficiency. He came to the house to wait for the inspector because I had scheduling conflicts! WHO DOES THAT? He's just amazing. He was responsive and helped me even after the job was officially done. I'm BEYOND impressed, and for me that is saying something. Hands down, use these guys.
