  I'm a first time user. We have two other plumbers that we have used previously. My first indication of professionalism was that they were able to come sooner than the others. Not knocking the others but my best available time was four days away. They so came sooner than I was told. And the repair was quicker than expected ( considering he had to pick up parts ). The dispatcher was also very helpful in putting my mind at ease. Thank you again, Greg

  Used these guy’s to fix a leak in the ceiling from an upstairs shower. First of all the price for what they did was extortion! Didn’t do it right the first time and still leaking, the second time worked. They also replaced and put in a new P trap that was unnecessary. There was nothing wrong with the old one and the new one had a drain access that stuck down too low to patch the hole with Sheetrock. I talk to them about the over pricing of the job and they said, they price it high in case they have to come back out to fix their work. ???? That comment made me nervous and really don’t have enough faith in their work to know it won’t leak again. They went out and bought a 5’ piece of 3” pipe and only used about 6” of it. In a new age of getting ripped off by people after Covid. I would definitely think twice about using these guy’s.

  We have used Mr. Rooter several times over the past three years. Always a quick response, courteous, and fixes the issue same day. Today our technician was Dakota. He was great. Was fixing our clogged pipe within two hours of our phone call. He also found leaks in both of our toilets and was able to fix that issue before things got worse for our sub-flooring and crawl space. He let me know every step he was taking and the cost of things as he went along. If available, we will be requesting him whenever we need services again. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends!
