  Excellent same day service!! We had a main drain line backing up sewage into our basement and had originally scheduled service with a different big name plumbing company only to have them cancel the appointment twice at the last minute and then tell us they couldn’t get there until the next day. Luckily we called Mr. Rooter, and although it was a Saturday evening by this point their technician James Cornish arrived within 45 minutes. He was friendly, professional and neat upon arrival. He gave options for the repair and completed the work the same day. When the work was done he even left the work area cleaner than he found it. Definitely would use the service again and highly recommend asking for James.

  Their response was prompt. Phillip arrived, had a mask on, put on booties, assessed the problem, quoted a price (and kept to it) opened the drain , ascertained that there was no other blockage in nearby pipes (there was), and finished the work which was a bit tougher than we thought. He was pleasant and professional, and quite thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. We appreciate their reliable, good service. Hope not to need this work any time soon, but certainly can recommend Mr. Rooter.

  I had a faulty shower diverter that needed to be addressed, and Mr. Rooter sent technician James Cornish to do the work. I have to say, Mr. Cornish was polite and responded directly to my issue. He was professional and treated my home with respect and care. He was thorough in checking the area to be repaired, suggesting repairs, and made the repairs in a timely manner. Very grateful for his services, would happily use them again if the need arose.
