Very very happy with Mr Rooter Plumbing. I was able to get an appt the same day! I was called about 30 min before the technician arrived and I also received a follow up call soon after the work was completed. No trip fee The tech was very considerate and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and use their services again!

Plumber came to install a faucet and garbage disposal. Quoted 850$ plus his call out fee. Daylight robbery. Thankfully he left the job in a tantrum after him asking me how to install something. Left his mess behind him though. Plenty of better service people out there that won't price gouge and are competent in their jobs. Shop around, this is a shocking service with shoddy tradesmen to boot

Plumber responded promptly, was courteous, did professional work, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Just the kind of service I would use again.
