  Thanks to Mr Rooter plumbing of El Paso for sending Victor to our home for a kitchen sink faucet install! Victor was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional and personable at the same time. It is truly satisfying to see and watch a skilled knowledgeable professional at work. Victor communicated expertly and efficiently with us throughout the entire install. What I also appreciated was the fact that Victor talked to us not at us!! To Victor please convey our sincere thanks for a job well done. Superior quality of work and rapid responsiveness was so gratifying to witness. I will gladly recommend Mr Rooter plumbing of El Paso to my friends and family.

  Absolutely recommend Mr. Rooter! I had an emergency and called Mr. Rooter after my fiancé read the reviews and decided to call. They arrived on time on same day when they said they would. Gilbert was the gentleman who arrived and absolutely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and even went further to discuss why it happened and how to prevent it. The price was very reasonable and hands down recommend giving them a call! I have found a new plumber service! Even the receptionist when I called was courteous and assured me they would be there! Thanks again Gilbert!

  When Professional Plumbing of El Paso (didn't live up to the name obviously) was a no-show to my scheduled appointment and tried to reschedule me, I figured I'd not risk another excuse and tried Mr. Rooter instead. Same day on a Saturday within an hour, they got me a technician, Dan, who was professional, friendly, and did a great job! I appreciate the service on short notice being better than a service I had an actual appointment for! I'd recommend them for anyone.
