  We had a plumber to our home on a Friday. He assessed the problem and gave us a quote for $2044. On Saturday, they spent 8.5 hours at our house only to leave a leak that they created overnight. A second plumber showed up on Sunday and spent 2.5 hours. He said the issue was fixed, and he looked over everything thoroughly. It has been 4 days and now we have a leak from another part of the work they did. There is no answer at our “local dispatch”, and we have an active leak. I would not recommend using this service to anyone. The experience has been terrible.

  The plumbers that were sent out from Mr. Rooter scoped our working stack, and then provided us with an estimate of $8500 to have our basement floor torn out and to have a pipe fixed, with no diagnosis. We got a second opinion from another plumber who showed us the working stack and scoped the non working one, and was able to fix the clog for $1200. We essentially paid hundreds of dollars to Mr. Rooter for no service and a ridiculous quote.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH MR. ROOTER! If I could rate Mr. Rooter a 0 (zero) I would. I had Mr. Rooter come out to repair my shower faucet, tub spout, tub drain and overflow. The technician Dave was at my home for over 8 hours and left the job incomplete and with a leak. While Dave was here, a manager (Mike) came out to assist and both these guys couldn’t get the job done the same day because their smoke breaks and dilly dallying we’re too important. The next day, a different manager, Randall, came out to complete the leaking repairs from the day prior. Randall was at my home for another 3 hours. When he departed, he ensured me that everything was ok and there were no leaks or issues. Now here I am a week later and I have a leak from the repairs Mr. Rooter completed. Mr. Rooter advertises that they have a 24/7 business, yet I cannot get in contact with anyone at their dispatch office and the general customer service line keeps saying they can do nothing for me. I have left messages and have gotten no call backs. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism, lack or care, and poor repair quality. Beware, Mr. Rooter is terrible!
