Jason Martin was the technician that came to our home, our sewer drain was clogged and he worked quickly and fixed it in record time.  We are very happy with the service, the professionalism and know how  of the company, the operator that took our initial call and the technician that fixed the issue were all wonderful. We will keep the number and use Mr Rooter again. Great job!!

I requested Scott to come out and investigate multiple issues to which he found a solution for all of them and all within a fair price. Mr. Rooter is definitely an honest business and I would recommend them to anyone. Scott is AMAZING!!!

Had a serious leak at the water meter.  The guy came, found the problem and immediately gave an estimate.  The repair was fast, and included an upgrade to better grade materials.
While I'm hopeful that I won't need them again soon, but if needed this is the call I'll make.  Thanks guys!

Terrible  customer service :

I call and the lady asks me to give all my personal information before asking me what the issue is or how she can help.
I asked for a quote on a certain service and she says "some one" will reach out with that information.

All I get is a text saying someone is coming to my house on Monday and NO TIME IS SPECIFIED and no price quote.

That is shady and weird.

I call to cancel this appointment early in the morning and the lady on the phone does nothing to console the situation or offer an explanation.
She did nothing to save the sale.

I attached a picture of the text with no price range of the service or time the plumber was to arrive.

I placed a request for a job estimate, which i got a call back quickly after stating someone would come look. They came and looked, took all of 5 minutes to tell me that we needed a brand new water heater and it would be $1800. The very day after they told me we needed a new one (2/10/2021), they came and installed it and were on their way. My complaints would be that for $1800 you would think it'd be more professional. They left the old, bent and rusty pan under the brand new water heater. why? and they also dragged rusty water all from my closet to my front door. I'd expect it to be cleaned up better, or better yet for them to expect that and have a tarp to contain it, as I've already had to deal with water damage previously. I also have 3 cats that I do not want walking around on rusty water. For $1800 i expected more of them. I have yet to actually use hot water, so time will tell if it was worthwhile. Mr. Scott who installed it was very kind and prompt, at least. Will update if anything changes.

I was very pleased with the faucet replacement . The technicians were quick, efficient and friendly. I recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs.
