The guys were great.  Very professional.  I called this morning for them to repair my toilet and they were here this afternoon.  Even installed my bidet for me.  And flushed and waited for it to refill to make sure it was perfect which it is.  Thank you for your great work.

We had a leak in our ceiling and called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. A short while later within the hour they had a technician on site, who was very professional, nice, and helpful. He did a very thorough job, identified the source of the leak and presented us with recommendations in terms of what to do next. He was also very patient and answered all of our questions. This was the best experience I've had in working with a plumbing company. Highly recommend!!

We had a clogged kitchen sink for two days that would not quit so we called Mr. Rooter to fix. They responded quickly and sent their service guy Anthony over. Anthony fixed the problem right away, showed us what caused the clog, gave suggestions on what not to do to avoid the problem in the future and then cleaned up his entire work area to the point where it looked better than before he came which was impressive to me. I was a little taken back by the cost but I guess that is the case with most things today so not sure if it's Mr. Rooter's prices or the fact that I haven't dealt with plumbers in a really long time.

Our main water line to our house was leaking so the water company had to shut our water off. The guys from Mr Rooter came fastest from any company I called. I think it was within 45 minutes of my phone call. This was around 7 pm Thursday night. They came back first thing in the morning with all the equipment they needed and dug up our front yard extremely carefully not to ruin any other lines and located the leak. They fixed it in less than 24 hours from the time I initially called and it was a lot of work...They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.
It snowed that night right afterward about a foot and we would would not have had water for a whole weekend.. including a house with kids and an elderly person as well.
I could see they understood they were not just plumbers doing there job. They were in a position to help a whole household be able to use their bathrooms, toilets, sinks, washing machine, shower, bathtubs and they came through.

The best. Septic tank caved in. Phil, Mike and crew remedied a very difficult situation with the utmost competence and professionalism. They encountered some unforeseen problems which they rectified and still honored their original estimate. In spite of these additional problems they completed all the work in their promised time frame and cleaned the site post completion. I would recommend their services without hesitation. They are the best.

I have been having a clogging issue with the kitchen and bathroom. i called while on my day off. They were able to come by on the same day. Even though it was not cleared out, i really appreciate the information the tech provided and the help with the invoice that they could do to accommodate me. The clog is much worse than i thought and may need to look at having the pipe replaced. Thank you anyways for all your help. It is very appreciated.

I used this service for the gas connections to our pool heater, as well as to our outdoor fire pit and grill.  I found the folks at Mr. Rooter very responsive to inquiries and clarifications, and were prompt in responding to emails about service issues/questions.  The installation crew were extremely professional, arrived on site as scheduled, performed the task, and willing to address any questions that we had.  Overall, we were quite happy with the quality of the work done.

Chris and his partner came to my house late at night when my main sewer drain clogged. He was completely professional and worked extremely hard into the late night. He came back bright and early the next day to fully complete the job and everything is perfect now!

Mike the technician presented me with all possible options to get hot water back into the house. He didn’t pressure me or try to sell any products that were unnecessary. Major clog at sewer main. Called a few local plumbers, no answer, voicemail box full, etc.
Called Mr. Rooter, (which I should have done 1st) and they picked up the phone on the 2nd ring!  Technician was here within the hour, problem solved about 1 1/2 hours later!  Professional, polite and clean!
Highly recommend them!
