  Extremely professional and helpful! We had a possible leak on New Year's Day and they came out immediately, even with the storms, and helped with a difficult meter turn-off. Soon after, they came back and did a thorough assessment and showed how to work the tricky water meter. They were friendly, prompt, helpful, and will be our go-to plumber. Thank you for such great service, especially on an emergency basis.

  I cannot thank Tyler with Mr. Rooter enough! He helped me navigate a horrible situation with my home warranty company. He was very responsive and communicated with the warranty company on my behalf. When they refused to honor my claim, Tyler and his team came through for me and installed a water heater the same day. Choose Mr. Rooter! Kind and quick service! Got my family hot water again fast!
