  I could not have asked for better service. They were professional and pleasant to work with. From Amy in the office to Kinsey who did the installation. They were awesome and yes, I will use them again in any future work. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11.

  It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Rooter. The techs Kenzie Hice and Mike Hollis were friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. The water heater they brought out had some minor damage from the factory (from shipping) and they called for another and made it right without me having to say a thing! Yeah, overall feel I was done right. I highly recommend them.

  We paid Mr Rooter $7500.00 in October to install drainage that would address the water that was accumulating in our yard. unfortunately it did nothing to address the problem. For months and months from October until today February 23 he did not call me back or make any attempt to address the situation. After many many conversations with his office, he came to the house and was able to see the swamp in our yard and handed me a piece of paper and said he is not responsible for it . This was the sole purpose using him in the first place. It will come to the attention of the Better Business Bureau
