Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The guys did a great job and efficiently got us hot water and up to code with the city. Austin was upfront with price quotes and communicated well every step of the way so there were no surprises. We are so grateful!

Woke up at 5:30 the other morning to find not only BOTH toilets clogged, but the bathtub & shower full of water that wouldn't drain. Called half a dozen plumbers & only got their answering machine. Finally called Mr. Rooter & they were here to repair it within the hour. Great job! Would recommend them to anyone!

Great service! Came out on the weekend with no extra charge! Ricky Adams was very professional and easy to deal with, got to work immediately and figured out what was wrong with our plumbing. Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and Ricky!
