  Lucas as Awesome!!! I can’t see myself ever going to someone else. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a forward-thinker!! I’ve used another service before and I can’t go back. Lucas explained things well and was very informative to what I’m dealing with. His experience was on another level compared to other technicians/plumbers I’ve worked with in the past. Overall, very satisfied. I appreciate the way Mr. Rooter and company goes about business!!

  The team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing including Reyes did a superb job this week at my house. I had major work done including replacing my entire sewer line and water line. Their professional attitude and willingness to get the job done in a timely manner was outstanding. Not to mention the attention to detail, lots of pictures of the progress, a video, and continual communication to make sure I as a customer was truly satisfied. And they raised the bar on what it means to deliver customer service on this rather complicated job. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

  We were fortunate enough to hire Mr Rooter for a same day sump pump emergency when other plumbers either didn’t respond to messages or couldn’t come the same day, and with a sump pump issue…. It had to be the same day! Mr Rooter has serviced our home 3 times and they are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair. We recently had Ismael come to our home and kudos to his excellent service. Mr. Rooter is “our” plumber for all future plumbing needs.
