  The technicians who came to our house were professional and courteous. It was hard connecting to the underground specialist which took 3 days of calling and waiting for a response from the office to learn the path of the new sewer line. Finally we realized that we had to relocate our storage shed, delaying the sewer replacement. I would have preferred much better communications, but the helpfulness of the actual workers Daniel, Juan, Toby and his brother made the difficult process bearable. Also the gentlemen who came out initially were extraordinary.

  Call Mr Rooter for a leaking water heater through a home warranty service.They responded within 12 hours (called after hours the night before). After taking care of the original call I asked if they could schedule me for sewage drain pipe repair. Grady gave me a quick estimate (very affordable) and did the repair. This was all completed in less then 3 hours. That’s what I call service!!! Thank to Grady for an excellent job and great service. Thanks to Mr Rooter for being responsive and professional. I will definitely recommend you guys if anyone asks for a good plumbing company.

  I called Mr. Rooter last night around 7:00-7:30 pm and had to leave a voicemail for assistance. It is now 6:00 am the next day, and no one has contacted me. I have been without water all night and am disappointed in their lack of communication. Their website says: "In addition to handling any and all types of plumbing problems, our company also offers 24/7 emergency repairs—so you'll always have a plumber on hand, no matter the hour." I really think they need to either take this off of their website or live by what they say they are going to do. I'm sorry to say that you have lost a potential customer due to lack of follow through.
