  I was very disappointed with this business. I called to check pricing for a scope of my septic system. It is simply accessed through a capped pipe in the basement. It is about 15' to the septic tank. I was told that the only way I could obtain any pricing was to pay ~$60 for a technician to come out and estimate the job. I asked for a ball park figure for scoping and was told its a flat rate but she would not tell me what the rate was. So in order to get an estimate I would have to pay $60 but of course if I used their service after the estimate I wouldn't have to pay the initial $60. Very poor customer service. Why shouldn't you be able to tell the customer the flat rate for performing the service? Must be that its not a competitive rate if they won't disclose it over the phone.
