  Luke not only came on time, but he actually arrived early. He cleaned the drain stop, the pipes, he replaced the trap, checked for leaks, checked the entire area to ensure it was fixed, and then poured a cap full of some special Total Drain product to seal the deal. Excellent service, incredibly nice and personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent. He showed us everything he pulled out of our yucky drain (it’s always the wife’s fault lol). Thanks for the excellent service. Would not hesitate to call and ask for Luke again.

  Justin was very professional and efficient. My time frame was 11 to 2. He arrived at 11. He asked what my issues were and looked at everything and gave me 2 quotes within minutes. Although the cost was unexpected, the experience was smooth from beginning to end.
