Actually have to rate and let people know how displeased we are, even though no service performed. If I could rate zero stars, I would. We were told that they’d arrive on Wednesday and by Friday morning, we still hadn’t heard from them, even after being promised we were going to be first call on Thursday only to be told Thursday afternoon that we’d be first on Friday morning. By 10:30 Friday morning, I knew that this company was never going to give a straight answer. I feel sorry for the dispatch person that had to constantly lie to us about when they were going to show. Ended up calling another outfit and they came within minutes. I see that mine isn’t the only one star rating here. Be wary about this company. I hope they become cognizant of their negative feedback and do something about it.

Plumber came out to clear a clogged toilet. Ended up cracking the toilet while doing so. Did not inform us of the crack and I did not see it at first since it was small. Went to the bathroom 30 minutes later and the floor is covered in water. Called the company and they refused to come out to fix it unless I paid a travel fee (company is in town) and then whatever they felt like charging when they examined the “new problem”. A simple clog turned into having to get an entire new toilet. Service tech also scratched my hardwood floors dragging his snake inside instead of just carrying it

Due to a high water bill I called them out to a rental property to look for a major leak. They found no major leak but said the toilet was dripping. I let them fix the toilet. $236 to replace the tank gasket. The next day the tank on the toilet shattered due to them overtightening the bolts. Made an appointment for them to come back out and they didn't show up. Had to pay another company $454 to replace the toilet. Almost $700 for nothing.
