  Mr. Rooter service dispatcher was pleasant, alert, and responsive on the phone. Service men Hal and his assistant Jose arrived soon after I called. Examination was quick and Hal’s explanation of options and prices was clear. They were efficient and effective and kept working on the problem until they cleared the drain. Explained what they found and showed me pictures of pipe interior including root blockage. Left yard/ site clear and in order.

  Mr Rooter came within a couple hours of my call. Other companies said they were unavailable for 1-2 weeks. I could not wait. I had a clogged toilet line and a damaged sink drain line leaking water into my foyer ceiling, pouring out of the light fixture onto the floor. The technician was very polite and professional. He preceded to assess the issue and got to work. After clearing the the toilet line he got to work on the leaking pipes. I had two in the ceiling and one in the basement. After several hours he had replaced the rusted 54 year old pipes with PVC and stopped the leaks. I was impressed with Richard's work ethic and diligence. I will certainly recommend Mr Rooter.

  The Mr. Rooter service technicians ( Chris and Jesse) were very professional and courteous during their time spent making my home plumbing repairs. They prompt and proficient. I would definitely seek Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing work I may require.
