  I contacted Mr. Rooter for a leak in my septic tank. They were so understanding and helpful that I ended up just connecting to the town sewer instead of fixing my septic system. Everyone I spoke to was wonderfully understanding and no matter what my questions were they took the time to answer them fully and i n a matter I could understand. I would like to give an extra shout out to MIchael. He was kind and courteous and did the whole job in a timely matter. Everyone was exceptionally polite and kind. I highly recommend them. I will call them again if I need any plumbing done.
