  Great client service, especially when seemingly rare these days, is always worth recognizing. Ops Manager Chris was professional and courteous as he quickly dispatched technician Sam to a second home (I was 90 miles away from) to assess a main drain issue - recognizing we had weather coming the next day and shouldn’t delay. Both were kind enough to work with me and wait as I tried to locate a neighbor who could meet Sam and take care of the issue same day. Thank you and here’s to more satisfied customers!

  Mr. Rooter and John heard our Sunday call for assistance and squeezed us in Monday. John diagnosed the clogged filter and not a field problem. Have used these folks since 2006 when we built. Honest, reliable, fairly priced, pleasant to deal with. Thank you!
