  Do not let them work on your plumbing. Overpriced. No quality. Poor customer service. Unprofessional. Will not get the job done. I came home one afternoon and the water heater was leaking. It was a Friday and no other plumber answered. They came out the same afternoon which that was the only good thing. The tech seemed ok but would not get off the phone with personal calls both times he came out. He bought a new heater but said he didn't have the parts to install it. We went to Lowe's and I paid about an extra $50 for the parts he needed. So he finishes and says you have a heater. Later that night there was no hot water or hot water pressure. I had them come next day and it was the same tech. I can't believe he asked me if I had cancelled the credit card payment, which I hadn't. They just wanted to make sure they had their money. Probably the only reason they came back out He then told me it was a bad heater, that it wasn't his fault. He installs another heater and before he left I told him there is still very weak hot water pressure. I even told him the water heater shut off valve was loose(After he left found it was broken). We had no issues with the cold water. Never had any issues before with our water pressure. He said he didn't know what was the issue and started to come up with theories. He then looked at a valve outside the house and said that might be the issue and gave another overpriced estimate to fix it. I told him no. I found from another plumber that the heater was not installed correctly and that the shut off valve should have been replaced. The new plumber would charge a third of what we paid Mr.Rooter. I called Mr.Rooter to ask them to have it fixed and no response until the next day. They asked me what can they do to make it better and told them I would like a credit back. Don't trust them to work on my plumbing. It's been about 5 days since they asked me that and no response. Please find another plumbing company. All I needed was a water heater and I felt robbed. Mr. Rooter is only looking to take your money.
