  ****NEVER EVER USE MR. PUMP LLC!!**** I am not one to usually post bad about someone or a company but I would never ever recommend MR. PUMP LLC!! They came out February 16, 2020 and replaced a well motor. On Tuesday June 16, 2020 our well was producing absolutely no water to our chicken houses or our home. My husband called MR. PUMP LLC very first thing when he realized we had no water. The "lovely" lady who answered the phone informed my husband no one was available to come out and that he would need to call someone else. I looked up some other well repair companies and found one to call. They immediately came out replaced the well motor AND pump for a lot less than MR. PUMP LLC charged for just the well motor. When this new company took out the well motor they informed my husband the motor was locked up. My husband then called MR. PUMP LLC to see if they would warranty the motor. The "lovely" lady said yes they would. She then called back and informed my husband that they would not warranty the well motor because they did not take the bad motor out. She then said you should have called us to change the motor out. My husband responded that he did call and she said no one could come out. She said well that's business, have a good day and hung up on him!!!! I'm sorry but that is extremely bad business!!!! After calling the company that made the well motor they said it was absolutely under warranty and could be replaced!!!! We will never again call MR. PUMP LLC!!!

  **NO INSURANCE**BEWARE** I contracted Dave to dig a well for me. He did not show up the day his secretary informed me he would be there. When he did show up, he didn't notify me ahead of time. With no supervision, he took it upon himself to disregard our discussed plan and removed my property line marker. He was incredibly invasive with his dirt work and damaged the neighbor's trees and hillside as well as extensive damage to my property. He left downed trees and rock debris which limited my access to the property. When I called to get his insurance information he told me HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE for his business. I terminated the contract. If you want to be respected as the property owner, avoid this company and hire someone else.
