  This is my third time using the services of Mr. Plumber. The whole staff is very friendly. Calling the main number is guaranteed that you will speak to someone who is friendly and understanding. Rich, the plumber, is fantastic. He has been in my house before to unclog my bathtub and the sewer trap. He took the time to educate me on what signs to look for that will indicate it is time to replace the pipes. It is because of him I potentially saved a lot of money on water damage. He came to replace a main pipe that had visible corrosion and it turned out that part of the pipe behind the wall had huge hole!!!!! I am so happy to have gotten ahead of a potential disaster. Rich is personable, professional and smart. I would highly recommend Mr.Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing services.

  Joe was fantastic. He was referred to us by a family member & we were more than pleasantly surprised. Prior to his work, I was immediately impressed by the fact that he arrived slightly early… something we don’t often find when hiring people to work in our home. He spent a large chunk of time at our new home checking all of the plumbing & guiding us through the pros and cons of making any changes (switching out the toilet, hot water source, etc.) He was highly knowledgeable, professional, & personable. We will absolutely be using him again, & recommending him to anyone we know who is in need of plumbing.

  I called Mr. Plumber for an emergency pipe repair. This an extremely professional company to deal with. Their call center is knowledgeable and courteous, provide a quick response, notifications that teams have been dispatched and they are always on time! Most importantly, they are highly skilled master plumbers and technicians. Richie and Patrick did a great job trouble shooting the location of the leak, keeping me informed and making repairs on pipes hidden behind walls. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs!
