  Beware before proceeding with Mr. Maison Plumbing and Drain. We hired them to come look into an issue we had with our shower faucet, it had a water hammer when turned to a certain position on the handle valve. They said they installed a new handle cartridge but 2 months later the same problem came back worse than before. After trying to get a hold of Mr. Maison for over a week we still have not gotten a call back. We hired another plumber who quickly identified that only half of the cartridge had been replaced. See the photos top is what was taken out and the bottom is what the second plumbers used for replacement... The lack of response coupled with the fact that we paid for a service that was only half rendered made us want to make others aware of their quality of service before proceeding.

  Great service and reasonable price for a water line install to our kitchen. I would absolutely contact them again for all our plumbing needs. Dee from the Mr. Maison team was quick, responsive, and helpful.

  We sent them photos of what we needed fixed, he fixed the wrong thing and then expected to be paid before fixing the actual problem. Zero understanding of customer service. Also gave us two different business cards with two different names and claimed they were both him...very sketchy.
