I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I would give Mr. Appliance 0 stars if it was an option. The staff at Mr. Appliance are very nice and I'm sure they are good people, but they are extremely unprofessional. We have worked all summer to get my ice maker repaired, and they still have not delivered on their end. They would either schedule appointments and never show up, or they would show up unnannounced. By the time they replaced my ice maker, they installed it incorrectly and acted like there was nothing they could do about it. The last thing they told me was that they would replace the ice maker again free of charge. I still haven't heard back from them, about the replacement and now they are saying something completely different. Do not use Mr. Appliance! Edit: they did finally schedule another appointment with me, but they were unable to repair my ice maker because they don’t understand the issue. I’m still having the same problem with the it getting stuck in the “off” position and not ejecting ice on its own. Overall this has been a nightmare to deal with.

Lauren: I understand your frustration. You were faced with a near obsolete ice maker and water valve, factory closings and shipping delays because of the pandemic, and a technician who had to quarantine for two weeks in the middle of your repair time. As it turns out when your property manager met us to install that final ice maker there was actually no problem, you only needed to drop the shut off arm which was in the "off" position. I am happy this is finally settled for you.

When speaking with their office, we agreed upon an 1115 to 1 o’clock arrival time. I received a text stating that in writing. The day he was due to come by, the repair man called me at 10 o’clock telling me he was at my house. I told him that our agreed-upon time was at 11:15 until one and that I was at work and could not just leave. I asked him if he could come back at the arranged time, and he said no and that it was not his problem. When I call their office, the receptionist was rude and told me she would just cancel altogether when I tried to report what the repair man told me. I have never dealt with any one so rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate as this business! I will never use them again, and I warn you that neither should you.

Problem diagnosed on first visit, part ordered and received within 1 week, tech out to do the repair the next week. Good service.
