  Rodney from Mount’s was my technician. He was extremely quick to find the issue. He reached out giving me updates when needed. He was extremely helpful, nice, polite, and courteous. His work was efficient, and thoughtful. He took the time to explain all of my questions, and how the process worked since this was through my home warranty company. Even though this could’ve been a messy situation, Rodney made sure everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Mount’s plumbing, and Rodney to anyone and everyone. I would even venture to say this experience was definitely in my top 2 of any workmanship ever, not just plumbing. This company is the way to go for your service needs!

  We had a pipe leaking in our shower and also our hot water heater wasn't working properly. They were able to find and fix both issues. Rodney and Chance did a great job with the shower repair. It was easy to contact and schedule a visit, the techs were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained clearly the issues we had and gave me some advice on other plumbing related questions. Would definitely recommend using this company. Thanks!

  They have come to my house twice. Both times they were on time, professional, did the job in a timely manner, and fixed everything right the first time. Best plumbing service experiences I’ve had and I will be using them again if I need to. If you have something going on, call them!
